Green Belt-Distance Learning                                                                                           

Reliass provides a distance e-learning option. This allows students to tailor the study pace to their needs. Additionally, adding flexibility to course study at their location. This option is fast becoming popular, particularly with busy students who cannot afford to attend a traditional course.

Course contents for distance e-leaning option are outlined below. Note, there is no difference in course content between a traditional and a distance learning course.

Course material and problem assignments are provided by Reliass. On the completion of a module the next module is forwarded to the student. Grades are provided within 2 weeks of module completion. Contact with the tutor is provided via email and internet access.  

A practical project is required for final certification. The project usually takes an existing problem statement, from the students working environment, and addresses the specific issues. There are tangible cost savings at the completion of the project.

A typical Greenbelt program can be completed within three months. The only program restriction is that project and course works must be completed within one year of fee payment.
